A lovely transformation - looks so much more brighter and airy!

Is there underfloor heating? I can’t make out any other source of heating which would make all that lovely seating area unusable for much of the year otherwise. I like the idea of the open covered area but it appears to be a step down from the garden - or is that my eyesight? For me, i think this area would have worked better if it had been level to the garden with a patio area extending out into the garden instead of the single slab step that appears to be there. A good sized space though which I’m sure they will enjoy.

Hi Your room has nice proportions and I like the sofas. It's all a bit brown at the moment. And lacks the wow factor. I'd think about adding some colour. The cushions in particular aren't doing it for me. I'm reading a book at the moment where it advises to think about the colours you like to wear, as a starting point for decor. You could also introduce some variety of heights, possibly with a floor lamp. You have gone big with artwork which is good. Others will advise if alternative colours for the art might work better. A large rug will bring the edges of the room together more and make it more cohesive. Usually furniture looks better not placed against walls. Can you possibly do a sketch plan with measurements? This will allow people to advise on other furniture placements.

So what door/s is there currently? could you just swap for glazed? I really like the idea of seeing through from the front to the back but it is rather expensive! I’ve just had a quick look through your previous posts. I can’t see the door in question but the front appears to face south so presumably you will be borrowing a lot of light? The costs do seem pretty high btw but have no experience, I’ve only removed one loading bearing wall but the cost was nothing like that ( the 8k building work)
