Hi everyone,
I've just had a laundry cupboard built and unfortunately due to how the wall studs were situated the opening to the cupboard is not as wide as i'd hoped, this is also the cupboard in which the consumer unit is to be housed so i'm not having a bit of trouble figuring out how to lay things out.
i'd like to include in the cupboard a washing machine and tumble dryer both of which are approx 600mm wide and require around 650mm of depth.
i also will have the consumer unit to the property which is to be mounted on the right hand wall of cupboard.
I was thinking of stacking the washer & dryer but i'm unsure if i should try put this in the centre of the cupboard or perhaps put them sideways in the cupboard (so you'd have to go into the cupboard to open the doors etc.).
I've attached an image of the cupboard layout - would anyone happen to have any ideas where to best position the washer & dryer?
Many thanks in advance for any suggestions!
Jonathan
