If the cabinet width size is the same and the cabinet sides thickness is too ( or slightly less as you could add a washer to a fitting to beef it up ) and as long as it's not too tall - IKEA base cabinets are approx 800mm. Most uk ones are approx 720mm. Then in theory it should be ok !

We would obviously design for free as long as we had the lead to quote :) We do home measures and design if close enough but if not we work from a plan and pictures and would confirm measurements before order.
