I’d like to recommend Blophome. It’s very easy to use and it has a large amount of kitchen furniture: Ikea, Maisons du Monde, Smeg, Elica, Alessi... You can change the doors, the handles, etc.

Hi arc3d, The front of the house faces the north and this small “in gable” window faces west. It was originally created to bring light to a dressing area (the now proposed kitchen/pantry area was initially designed as master bedroom/dressing/en-suite, with living spaces on ground floor) but probably has little use now. Ceiling height of the space is 284cm; staircase leads up to loft where we plan to have our master bedroom and another living space with large glazed dormers at the back of the house. We are still in the pre-planning phase and no work has been carried out yet, i.e. all old walls remain (shown with black and interrupted lines in the floor plan), but the architect sent us some 3D images to better understand the end result. I believe they will produce full 3D plans after we receive pre-planning advice and we are in a position to finalize plans.

We have a long Island with walnut around the L at one side for 5 stools. We sit at the island every day, youngest two do their home learning there (eldest upstairs in bedroom). We have a free standing microwave in a cupboard in the island (we leave the door open when is use & for 15 minutes afterwards) but no other appliances...we have a deep charging drawer which I wouldn’t be without as with 5 of us & all having phones/tablets/laptops (plus the spares!) it’s great to keep them out of site when on charge/not in use. At each end of the island we have a double socket so it is easy to use the mixer or plug in anything that needs charging whilst in use. Next to the island is our dining table.

A few images from a couple of variants of design for a kitchen a year or two back for a client which picks up a few of the design ideas you refer to, with peninsula/hob, tall "bank" and also link through to their utility with breakfast area. There is insufficient info on your diagram to go much further (more detail on window sizes & heights, direction of door hanging, plumbing constraints etc) but what you are thinking should be broadly workable with some tweaking. A few general points: It looks as though you have retained two doors next to each other into kitchen/dining area. If one can be removed, I probably would. I would probably look to replace the kitchen table with breakfast bar seating My initial gut says an American fridge/freezer would not work in your scheme, and I would go integrated. A few companied do extra tall integrated ones if you are seeking extra space. With the styles you highlight, I would recommend seeking out a provider of German kitchens - they really are the best in the business at sleek handleless and generally have far, far more options on unit sizes, heights, widths & depths to help achieve the look you desire. Our main German brand Hacker would do everything you need, so perhaps seek out their local studio and check references. Excellent quality and keen prices compared to some German brands! I would also highly recommend the "flat rail" handleless kitchens from the English Rose and Mackintosh brands - a very sleek option, great quality doors and one of the best British carcasses on the market. The English Rose units are usually available within 2 weeks and the Mackintosh in 4.
