Comments (5)Hi Faizaa, You can totally do it! I put the finishing touches on my window seat yesterday and it was SUPER easy. Comments (28)I really think you should consider timber. All WWA members have their windows tested against air and water leakage, so there won't be any problems there. They come factory-finished in any RAL colour and can be repainted (outside or inside) whenever you want. And the frames will last twice as long as plastic. Comments (4)The windowsill is low (lovely big window) so I think an ottoman that you can also sit on if you want is a good idea as it wouldn’t be high enough to cover the bottom of the pane of glass. possibly oval shape? Otherwise there are corner storage units that are a similar shape to the alcove tho I don’t know if that is a bit unecessary, a standard bench/ottoman seems like a nice idea....See More- 8 years ago
