Oh dear it’s an easy road to go down. I found every time I went into a different store I would light on something new but you have to reign yourself in. I often always come back to my first choice so follow your gut instincts. I suggest you sort them into colours/tones such as natural wood, dark wood, grey, pale. Think about the flooring along with the colour of your kitchen and walls and try to build up the whole picture. Question whether you need a light or dark floor for light levels, reflective or Matt surface. Do you want it to show dirt easily (who does?!) or are you not bothered. Any colours that you are not drawn to, get them out of your selection to narrow things down. Once you are closer to a decision request bigger samples and try and view them with different light daytime, nighttime and artificial light. Best of luck!

Hi chloeloves, sorting out the colours sound like a great idea, I'll give that a go. My kitchen is going to be white, walls white so hopefully it will make it easier...or harder as everthing goes with white lol.
