Honestly there will be like a blank space on the right side of the sofa, thats why I thought about the lamp table instead of the coffee table as I believe it would even more space of the small area I have between the sofa and the Tv stand...

Hi Dawn, Copper accents are a lovely idea. Have you seen the Orient Lamp from Lightyears? It's quite a statement piece, but it would tie the room together. Hey! I love my corner sofa!!! ;-) It's perfect for curling up in a corner and lounging on. And when we have people over, we often sit at the dining table. But I have to say that I also love two sofas or a sofa and a couple of chairs. I think you have enough space to move your furniture away from the wall. And if you go for a corner sofa, I would get the smaller Zinc one. Maybe in a different colour, because I'm afraid the mocha colour will be difficult to combine with other colours and you could end up with a beige brown living room? Because you say you like minimalist, Scandi style decor. What do you think of the charcoal or the teal? Is it a weird idea to switch the dining and the living area? Depending on how often you use the fireplace.

I would also go for a sofa and ottoman, probably a storage one if you’re tight on space. Just personal opinion but unless you’re lounging watching tv, the chaise part of the sofa becomes redundant for most other things. If you go for an ottoman, both people get to put their feet up
