We're renovating a 1 bed flat, basically starting from scratch and can't decide on the best layout for the flooplan. What are your thoughts?

It has a massive bedroom & lounge but the bathroom and kitchen are small.

We can't move the stairs.

This is the original layout.

Idea 1 is to extend the bathroom wall up to the kitchen window and knock out the 2 kitchen walls to make it open plan:

Idea 2, we keep the bathroom the same size and just knock down the kitchen/lounge wall:

Idea 3: We move the bathroom where the kitchen was, put the kitchen in the lounge area and use the original bathroom as a small office (too small for a single bed though):

Last Idea is to again extend the bathroom, but pinch some space from the bedroom and bring the kitchen out so it's more lengthways.
