Comments (1)My vote is for painted farmhouse style, I think dark wood would clash and make the kitchen darker. Whatever you go for you could always put a stylish oil cloth cover on it for everyday and whip it off if you eat more formal meals there....See MoreDining room

Comments (9)It's a nice room. It looks as if you have a few inches to move the table towards the door just to create a small gap between the sofa and table? I don't know whether it just needs zoning. I might add another lower shelf and art over the sofa so it connects a bit more. You could have a mirror over the table to make the room feel wider but I might go for a wall light, there are a number of plug in ones around ATM. I'd also add a vase of stems or an ornament on the table...See Morekitchen table help!
Comments (6)Wood would definitely be a feature, if you go for a natural wood as suggested above it will create a niche and be a focus point. Unless you are looking for a monochromatic design, then a white table would be the best options and you'd create the focus point with lighting or other decorations....See More- 7 years ago
