Hi All, my son has moved house and they have decking on the patio which needs replacing. Has anyone replaced a deck themselves? He has had a price to replace and it was £2500 which seems ridiculous. The deck is 25 sq mtrs. He is unable to replace the decking with a stone patio as there is a substantial drop from his house to the garden and he would need mounds of hardcore to fill the gap.
My Hubbie and I are willing to have a go ourselves to save him some money. Any hints or tips much appreciated.
