Coretec has HORDES of options. Keep looking. Is there a reason why you must have LVP?

Then why not go with Laminate in the color you prefer?

Product is going on top of concrete in the basement so it needs to be LVP.

I looked through the entire Provenza, Paramount, Shaw, Adura and a few other brands and nothing works.

I haven't seen Coretec yet at any retailers. I'll check their site for a dealer locator.

That Amtico is close to what I'm after but they are a European company.

The Fusion Max , Chambord is money. Chicago distributor is checking with sales rep to see if anyone in WI carries it.

We chose Flooret Modin in Arbor, which may be darker than you are looking for, but if you search here on Houzz for Flooret Modin you may like the pictures people posted of Brenwick, but there are also other colors. This is the only brand I am familiar with because we previously had laminate.

You can look at their flooring and see what it would look like in your space. In my home, the Arbor looks a bit lighter than online.

I looked at the big box stores because I liked the convenience, but then realized to find what I wanted I would have to look at flooring stores or online. Flooret Modin is sold online with no middle-man, but I bought plenty of samples.

I chose Modin because I needed durability (wood was not an option) and this has the largest west layer available, I needed non-slippery (this is perfect and feels great on my feet), I wanted large planks (these are 9”x72”), I wanted my floor to look and feel the same (embossed in register) instead of random grooves, and I wanted a subtle pattern. My floor does look like wood to me, but it’s is a nice, neutral base that doesn’t scream “look at me!”

I could have probably been satisfied with other brands, but I was tired of looking and nothing else I found ticked all of my requirement boxes. I was able to order samples from Amazon because it was the easiest way for me.

The rug was vintage and about sixty years old. Traveled with my client at my insistence! We re used every small rug she owned.

This was a move to a senior living environment ... and young or old visiting ? They all want her FLOORING

CindyR, do you have pics of your install? That’s another good option and price point is about right. Maybe I can buy your second hand samples? Lol

Stopped at a different dealer and only found one sample that might work but it’s $5.70 sqft material.

Yes, check out the Supercore mentioned above. 'Maple Brown Sugar' in the Supercore line sounds a lot like the color that you are looking for.

Here is a picture when we were working on the kitchen. I thought I had one that showed the color better and I will look at my posts.

I ordered the Supercore samples and didn’t go with it because the grooves on top didn’t match the visual pattern. I really wanted “true” embossed in register.

The Brenwick color in the Flooret Modin may be about the same color as the Supercore.

I may need to clarify(?) that I have no connection with Flooret. I’m just a DIYer (not by choice!) and I had at least 25 samples of flooring over the previous year or so.

Without exiting out, I think someone mentioned Evoke flooring. We had Evoke laminate and ended up removing it after a year in order to put the Flooret in all of the public areas of the house. Nothing wrong with the Evoke laminate, but I was too paranoid of getting it wet.

We had totally removed all of the 15-year-old laminate (not the Evoke) and that was in pretty bad shape (water damage and old).

I hope that makes sense.
