Bath surround

Hi there - like your design very much and the room is similar to my bathroom.
Could you please tell me what is on the side of the bath and how is it lit from below?

Hi Steph,

Sorry for late reply. The bath panel is made out of ceramic tiles (same as on the walls) and it is lit with an LED light strip. The 100mm lower part of the panel is set bat with 70mm to create a 'floating' look. Kind regards Martina

Thank you so much for answering , much appreciated. One more enquiry if you don't mind?! I recently stayed in a hotel that had a plastic weave floor covering - not tiles rather like a plastic carpet. Looked and felt really good. I am having trouble sourcing such a product - any ideas?

Master bath reno - hoping to have shower fit next to bath with shower glass fitted on top of the bath surround ( like in the photo). We don't have that much extra space around the bath. The bath edges are 3" (4" where taps could be mounted - although we will do wall mounted). Question: if we have a stone bath deck that is 4" around - is that too thin? Will it look stupid?

It might be better to go for a floor tile with more grey than white and without the marble effect. Something similar to http://megatiles.co.uk/shop/loungelightgreypolished/ might work better in the light grey / dark grey available in matt / polished finish. Hope this helps!
