kitchen/dining advice please

Hi!
looking for advice on how to lay out our house. The plan is to knock out the wall between the kitchen and diner, and get rid of the door into the conservatory to open it all up. also planning to put bifolds at the back of the kitchen. was thinking yo block up the door way from the living room into the kitchen and just use the other door way. but then we would need to walk right across the living roo to get into the kitchen diner. or do you think we should block up the door from the living room to the dining area, then move the kitchen so its at the other side? any ideas and thoughts appreciated :-)
