Bungalow Floorplan/Layout

Hi,I'm buying a bungalow on a corner plot, it needs gutting and redesigning, however I'm trying to come up with a solution in which I can have the kitchen & living room with doors to the garden, or bi folds across the whole side ? I'm unsure if we can put 6ft fence panels onto the roads, then make some doors coming out from the living room/& kitchen.The other idea would be knock down the double garage at the back and move the kitchen & living room that side of the bungalow. Any idea would be massively appreciated?Thanks
