Sun room needs redoing on a very small budget and area off sun room needs a small patio. It's a free standing condo situation.

Hi @hypehomes, What's your budget like? Depending on that, I'd definitely go for some new flooring and some good paint for the space. I don't know what the light in the bathroom is like but I'd be more inclined to go for lighter rather than dark colours. Some soft furnishings would look great too - a little stool with some soft towels on, a hanging planter by the window could really liven things up! Just a thought, hope that helps :)

Have you ever considered a real interesting eye catching piece of art work to really brighten up an area I think a select piece of art would really make the space stand out, add interest, colour, texture and add a great talking point to the room.... Hi. Do you mean the room that is called utility but has a bed in it in the plan? Do you know if the walls to the utility and kitchen are structural or not? It looks like the kitchen is a bit dark and gloomy too, is that an issue for you? I guess the simplest thing to introduce some light to the utility would be to punch a window through into the living space to mirror the kitchen however I think a bigger redesign could improve the kitchen space too if those walls are removable. Do you really need the third bathroom for guests or is that overkill, it might seem crazy to take a toilet out but in a small flat on one level it seems a bit unnecessary. I would be interested to hear your answers
