Not sure if you're wanting to keep it white but if so some ideas for inspiration. It's hard to suggest artwork for someone else but a gallery wall might be nice or trying oversize wall clocks, chalk boards etc.

My sister in law has beige highly polished floor tiles and she said it was a big mistake. Every crumb, every footprint shows up and she’s always having to hoover and mop the floor. On the other hand my step daughter has wood effect porcelain in a Matt finish and it looks fabulous. She also has underfloor heating with them. I think you do need to bring warmth into the room and a wood effect porcelain tile or LVT would look amazing.

yes its the wrong colour of kitchen for that space, so I see two options - make the white-on-white monochrome look intentional by adding even more off-white (nothing more cream than the cabinets and nothing more blue-white than the floor) - think chunky utensil holder, large vases, big bowl for fruit. other option is to introduce lots of colourful accents and ignore the wrong whites - I'd add a rug, colourful bowls/vases/towels/etc. give it some personality and make it your own and enjoy it! couple fixed areas that you could renovate fairly easily - remove the short kickstand at the back of the worktop and install a proper til backsplash - and/or paint the walls!

I really like that wall unit. Wall colour? I would go with a simple off white like Timeless by Dulux. It’s a nice warm tone. I do have Dulux Polished Pebble in my bedroom. It’s a pale grey. Can look a bit lilac in a dark room, but it looks like you have good light. I find that wooden divide very heavy looking and I would remove it. Just my opinion.
