They are not shaker style. They are a panel with a bead. They look like pine so you should be able to get a carpenter or joiner to make some identical ones for you.

If you don’t have a lot to replace I would get them all replaced so that you can paint them easily as opposed to sanding down the existing ones.

Those are panel not shaker (though most will put them in the shaker column) kitchen now are often mixing shades with a darker shade on the base and lighter on the above counter units, could you use the wall units for the island and get similar for the full length and maybe have a contrasting colour?

Thank you both. That shows my knowledge in this area! We did consider getting new doors so that way we will not have the issue of matching but I think the sizes are not standard and they mentioned that the holes for the hinges might be in different places too. 

I'll look up afor joiners who might do this. But many custom door companies that u reached out to don't have this design and can't make them in this style.

Using wall units fir the island is something I hadn't thought about. Something to explore.

Shaker doors are easy to manufacture regardless of the size. They can be made as blanks (which is how a lot of doors are purchased) and then the hinge holes are drilled in exactly the same places as the originals so that should not be a problem.
