A warm burnished brass. . Look at Top Knobs..... Emtek. There are literally millions. What's the lighting, and the change to orange in tone.....?

Buy samples of unpolished brass, champagne gold and even copper. Then you’ll know which finish appeals to you the most. Keep the design simple.

Warm brass to comp stone. Do you want to combine two styles and are you leaning towards subtle or impactful. To help with decision, suggest bringing home different looks to test. Hardware is not inexpensive and you also want to get it right.

@Jan Moyer, love Top Knobs! I will check our Emtek. The lighting is about 20 panels on wall. It’s on a dimmer switch, so I might have had it up all the way. Interesting how it looks completely different when it’s on vs off. I am not good with iPhone lighting, and the pics really don’t do the stone justice. Thanks for your help.

Yes. The faucets I see in that color might work with your bar. Just get one of every color you’re considering so you can start narrowing it down. Warm (as opposed to silvers/nickel) is the way to go but your back piece is so interesting, it’s hard to know which finish will be most complementary. It’s a knockout piece!

MyKnobs.com seems to have gobbled up other sites. There used to be more. Remember that Wayfair and Overstock and Amazon sell hardware too! And Build.com and all the bathroom/vanity sites! The first job is finding a finish. Then a style in that finish.

When I redid my kitchen I spent more time finding hardware than any other component. Admittedly, it was my 4th kitchen re-do but hardware is always overwhelming. When the right one shows up, it’s so gratifying!

@RedRyder, isn’t that the truth about hardware! That, and paint colors are always my challenge. Definitely no nickel or silver. Don’t want anything shiney, so a matted, brushed, burnished brass or gold is what I’m thinking. I could do just an oil rubbed bronze color? Keep them sort of in the background so doesn’t compete with onyx??

That onyx is beautiful, your cabinet color just makes it pop. I havent seen anything that unique here in a long time,certainly not the use of onyx. Brushed brass, we also used top knobs but since there arent a ton of pulls on that piece I probably would splurge on something special. Did I say I love that onyx?

My husband has a nice whiskey / bourbon /scotch collection, We were eyeing onyx while we were building, if I show him your post…its on. lol we have the space plumbed, the wine and beverage fridges sitting there, but moved in and took a break fom the huge spending spree. This makes me want to finish the bar area.
