Oh, wow, looks like youve done a great job clearing it out already and now you have a nice exciting blank canvas! As Sarah said, first thing is to think about what you want from your garden. Do you want to grow vegetables? Sit in the sun/shade/both? Will you need storage provisions, outbuildings etc? Is your garden exposed and do you need shelter from the wind? Once you have established that, you then have to find out the best way of laying the areas that you will want out in the garden. Things like your garden aspect, microclimates and its shape will be some of the determinant factors in this. When it comes to choosing the planting, please consider their final sizes and your garden's environment conditions (soil type and pH, temperature, amount of sunlight, exposure etc) to make sure that they match your space and will thrive. There are a few things you can do. My initial thought was to break up the color scheme a little bit by adding some contrasting details and layered nuances. Also think about adding curtains which will make the space feel larger and cozier at the same time. Have you considered changing the floor? I think replacing the carpet with wood flooring and then adding a nice rug would have a huge impact. Do let me know if you have any questions. :)

Hi Zhanz, The room sizes are quite generous, so you could easily do something like this. if you need 3 additional similar size bedrooms, you can easily take space away from bedrooms 1 and bedrooms 2, to make a decent size bedroom 3. Have the master suite on that part of the house. There are toon of possibilities, but knowing more about the house position and you and your family would give me an option to create something really bespoke.
