Kitchens Design Dilemma

quality looking hardware for new kitchen

Having a new kitchen installed and want to make it look top quality with different hardware than the supplier offered but without breaking the bank! Any suggestions?

Thank you ! I'm actually pretty happy with everything and wouldn't change a thing.... Only thing I will say is I wasted a lot of time at the start with the wrong kitchen designer. I asked them to help me with the layout and to order the cabinets through them. The lady said I couldn't have tall cabinets to the ceiling (which I could and did) she also told me I couldn't have Belfast sink with quartz (which I could). So stay firm with things you want and don't let the "pros" try and change your mind..... Good luck don't forget to take good before pics to !

I was also looking for hex knobs recently (for different cupboards) and found these. The project has kind of escalated. I was going to replace the appliances, handles & worktops, then thought the off white units would look dirty next to a white worktop, so I'd get new doors. Then a builder told me he would have to replace two off the bottom units anyways as they're waterlogged and the top units annoy me as are narrow and won't hold a dinner plate. So now I'm getting a whole new kitchen. I was thinking of getting rid of the tall unit to give me more surface area, but putting the microwave in a cupboard could be a good idea and save me the dilemma of a stainless steel or white one.

It’s a trade only account but you can see what’s available although it will not show you any prices. If you see something you like give them a ring and ask them for a local supplier. They do really cheap up to really expensive.

Alternatively let me know the 8 digit code number and l will tell you the RRP.

Jim Lawrence has some lovely handles, as do From the Anvil - but they are pricey. My top tip - keep your eye on eBay for people who are selling used ones. When we did our kitchen I found a someone who had replaced theirs and selling their old ones. They were perfect for me and saved me a fortune.
