I have a well insulated brick outbuilding which measures 3.353 metres wide x 8 metres.
It has two windows which face north and two skylights.
It is almost double height but the ceiling is 2” too low to legally create a 2nd floor and the roof can’t be raised.
There is light oak engineered wood on the floor. I am having a compact kitchen along 3 metres of wall next to a tiny shower room (1.20m x 2.40m)with loo and basin (not included in measurements).
This building is currently wasted being used to hoard unused junk. I want to create a bedsit. How can I incorporate a 135 cm mattress in a waist high base that can be used for storage underneath.
