I wouldn't do drawers. You can fit a long hanging rail in there behind doors (I've seen it done well before) and just do shelves behind a door or open if you are tidy. Drawers take up a lot more space. Is it a bedroom or just storage because that makes a big difference as to how you finish it. You just need a good carpenter unless you are good at DIY.

We fitted out a similar space using Ikea wardrobe fittings. It worked well but wasn’t especially glamorous.

To optimise storage for clothes in the eaves, consider units that follow the sloped ceiling. Perhaps opt for hanging space and place a shorter clothes rail parallel to the slope starting at the 22cm mark, which will allow for hanging shorter items like shirts or jackets. Below and beside this rail, incorporate drawers or shelves that fit within the remaining floor space and height constraints to maximise your storage capacity (if you really want drawers, otherwise just make it hanging space).
