Small bathroom remodelling

Dear design gurus and poor souls (like me) lost in too many ideas...
I need to refurbish the en-suite bathroom to our bedroom of our new house. The rest of the house will be totally refurbished as well and I am currently collecting ideas and estimates. As you see from the attached pictures the window is right above the sink which makes it impossible to have a mirror, or cabinet with mirror.
The picture with the mustard suite is the second bathroom with same problem but door on different wall. Just to give you a better idea of the position of the window.
My intention is to move items around in the best possible way + transform the bath niche into a shower.
Room measurements: cm 165 x 246.
The house will get a country/smartish overall look and feel, so ultramodern options are not suitable.
Any suggestions? TIA, M

Comments (6)I'd replace the window into one big window and make a feature of it. A plant on the window sill would look great, then you could have built in storage for your toiletries to keep the window sill clear of clutter. Just make sure everything is well sealed!
