Hi, I love your kitchen! we have not long completed our kitchen- not dissimilar to yours.
All white, white units white corian worktops, all White Island. We went for warm wood floors.
I spent weeks and weeks agonising over splashbacks - love the mirrored ones but wasn’t sure if the glam aspect clashed with our matt white and scandi style, looked at plain glass splashback or coloured splashback but again wasn’t sure if the glass finish went with our style. I finally gave up and desperate to cover the plastered area I painted it very light matt grey (accent colour in rest of room too) I then used decorators varnish in flat matt to seal it. Our sink is in front of this area and splashes, cooking spills clean up so easily that what was intended as a temporary measure I now love and am keeping, cost me about £20 to do.
My point is that it is another option to consider. Someone has mentioned marble already and I think some marble effect tiles would look amazing there - could really see that looking fantastic.
Good look with your search x
