So imagine the bath brought in and a giant skylight for light and atmosphere along the roof slope. Where our shower is at the end, you would walk into your long, metre wide wetroom enclosure where our basin is. No screen between it and bath means the space remains open and looks big. Where the pink tiles are is your loo, and a vanity in front of it (doorway has be placed to allow this).
You can see the length you have to play with when you see the second pic - our bath is plonked in the middle of one long length. Yours would be further to one end, so you are left with plenty of room to configure loo and vanity.
Don't forget to find space for radiator/towel rail: make space for this on the floor plan, or plan on a wall mounted one you do not have to squeeze past when it is hot - that won't be fun!
