I think a curved end on the baking island might be lovely to stash my collection of serving plates.
this photo makes me want to find a beautiful plank that I can polish up and have legs put on to become my hall console table. I absolutly love the patina and the colours.

I have a little stool with cross stitch ....I like the placement of this one one right by the front door. a place to sit and take shoes off
