I also like this idea if we don't do the vertical wood slat screening- along the house under mastr bdrm windows/ along that side of the house

I like this wood lattice screening idea for front of house/ to give privacy to master bdrm windows- maybe some cool shrubs/ greenery planted behind arching over divider... (?). Could be removed if you proceed w/ remodel down the road and bump the mastr bdrm out.

Concrete front porch and walkway idea. To be clear, we do not like their front porch overhang/posts, their front door or the landscaping. Open to discuss the short front wall near the public sidewalk.

Walkway idea but not sure if we want it to come off to the side like this. It would be interesting though to have it be offset just enough to line up with the current walkway from the curb?
