Floor to ceiling cabinets in utility room, all along one wall. Glass cabinets for dishes (means they're not in the kitchen tho - further away from dishing up space, is this a problem) and drawers. Then surface w drawers and washing machine underneath for washing and folding/laying out. Also need space for ironing board storage. AND a cupboard with hot water pipes through it to hang things to dry in winter/when it's wet? Or just fan in window and hanging rail in high ceiling?
