Reply to: Hi tannabarker, thanks for your question. The stucco colour is 'Veil' by ICI Paint. The horizontal lap siding is 'Iron Gray' by James Hardie. The cedar accents were stained with a clear coat.

Reply to: Grizzle Gray from Sherwin Williams. It hasn't been on but about 15 months and is peeling really bad. Manager of the Bee Cave store is coming to take samples. Otherwise the color is great.

Reply to: Hi there, The stucco was applied (3-coat system) and then coated with an elastomeric paint (in SW Extra White). This paint is great for areas that have wide ranges in humidity (or freezing temps) as smooth stucco can be prone to crack. Pigment can be mixed into the stucco and can be very beautiful but it is still recommended to seal it. On some projects we prefer a raw look that is then sealed. If pigment is mixed in or if stucco color is left raw (and then sealed) make sure that your team is skilled at controlling the variation of color in an artful way. Kind Regards, isARK Studio
