We like these craftsman cabinets, and some design elements. Can we go with a 51" cook top (36" 5 burner induction + 15" Wok separate) in the island space?

I'm wondering if the larger scale of these column and the wood lining and trim of the transition between the rooms helps deal with the different in room heights.Our project goes from ~8' to the 22' living room with the prowl windows
