I like a breakfast bar like this - could then have storage on the left hand side of the room. Kitchen here is where bathroom is in flat.
Modern and simple - would want a bit more colour though

I like having hanging space for pots and pans - but maybe this just makes things look cluttered. I like the white tile and wood.
I really like the lighting and tiling. Also the wood surfaces but I think these would scratch and could look tatty.
