Reply to: Victor, Thanks for your question. The deck boards are tight knot cedar with the edge boards (stair nosings) being clear cedar so that there are no knots on the corners or edges. The finish is a product called Cetol Dek made by Sikkens. The color is 078 'Natural'. Hope that helps. Thanks! Rick
