While I don't like this kitchen so much (too traditional) the hidden oven.in.tower arrangement is interesting. My ideal kitchen has NO overhead cupboards - but we'll have to have them. This might be a way to hide them... or is it just a mechanism that might fail over time.?

sink - want a biggish sink - big enough for largest oven tray/pan. Needs to be deep enough not to splash water everywhere. Possibly to incorporate a zip tap.

antique cabinet... i like the idea of an antique cupboard that could be used as the coffee/tea station and incorporated into the kitchen. (of course I haven't found one that's quite right... maybe it will have to be built)
