@M, as @jimgomez700 said above, you can't equate MWs that are "25 years old", or from "the 80s", or that you "got in 2011" to what is being made today. It would be out of touch to think that MWs - and most appliances today - are built the way they were as little as 10 years ago. You can't actually think that they are, since you are a regular on this forum, and have seen this issue mentioned time and time again. So your comment was just for dramatic effect, rather than depicting today's reality.
