Hmm...this is a great idea since I will lose the wall where we currently keep track of schedules... Would love to explore this option. Magnetic board on the inside of the door, though opening it would block the doorway...Have also thought about a chalkboard wall for the side of it, but that may not match the look we are going for with the rest of the kitchen.
