Kitchen Ideas
Pratical Q's to ask myself
More storage space than the usual turntable, and looks really easy to use!
Lots of options for trash/recycling/compost
Wall between kitchen and laundry/stairwell. Plenty of room for one row of cans, jars, boxes ... and the pegboard could easily be fitted into the doors above.
Would like the microwave to open at counter level - near a "landing spot" for hot dishes!
I like the room for other pieces - I would want my plates, bowls, goblets, perhaps the Armetale mugs, all readily accessible.
Like the bowl space below; could put goblets beneath that?
Maybe not this wide, but would want a space for vertical shelves
Want at least one of these.
Slim dishwasher - just enough for one meal's dishes.
Vertical dividers make room for awkward items, with NO stacking.
paper towels, kitchen towels over the bins.
Compost bin and space for bags above recycling/trash bins. One space, 3 uses! Could integrate with a chopping block above.
Like the floor-to-ceiling look. Wonder if the glass above could be made of re-cycled windows?
Dogwash, next to a freezer with stacked laundry pair on left wall?
Great idea!
Along with one for ingredients...
More than one of these might actually be helpful.
Might save space this way and still have storage for baking station
Will need EVERYTHING to be efficient in our tiny kitchen!
Would like this in bronze to create cohesion with the rest of the house.
Note the corrugate behind the shelves.
Note the drawer pulls!!
Best use for corners?
How much?? Would it be better to invest in task lighting under uppers? This would sure be great at night when we have guests...
Can we get more depth w/o encroaching on the middle of the room by doing in-stud shelving?
Worth stealing a few inches at the end of a cabinet... maybe for smallest appliances? (would want an outlet underneath if possible)
Need this! For mop, broom & dustpan, stick vacuum, & cleaning supplies. (Below could be for kitty's food and bowls?)
all coffee/tea stuff in one place, and out of sight when not in use.
no roll holder on the counter, and the paper/plastic boxes aren't in a jumble in the "junk" drawer!
like the door below the plates - hide that microwave!
Something like this could work as a bake station As well as hiding the wall oven.
Nice additional space up top
Like the combination of plate rack with rack for stemware
Nice, "plates plus" - great for everyday Armetale.
Maybe a combination of Farmhouse & Cottage
I fell in love with those ovens with the Hide and Slide doors on The Great British Baking Show/Bake Off. They are made by Neff which is a division of Bosch. I wish Bosch would introduce them on Bosch USA or Thermador ovens. This is a lovely kitchen for a lovely baker.
Practical starters for design conversations.
2-high plate rack!
Cat food cut-out
Paper towel drawer above bins.
Below counter compost bin.
LOVE this!
Tilt down bin for waste can, can have a built-in compost bin, too.

I need to do this before getting started
