Bend addition

Have downstairs front part of garage be able to be sectioned off into smaller bedroom with middle and kitchen/bathroom being common area. Good for 2nd bedroom in case 2 or more people live there who aren't a couple of a spare bedroom etc... Modular. Maybe wall pulls out or on rollers or something to create separation.

We will have two entrances then. One already in downstairs and two could be upstairs for separation.
