If I were to have a built-in gas range - 6 burners is a must then I would do a double wall oven instead.

Making use of the right end cupboard for a small desk to plan meals, shopping lists, etc. This is the alternative to a built-in 6 burner gas top with double wall oven. Instead, double oven. I think my preference is double wall oven with built-in 6 burners personally.
