I like the idea of ironing board but not in laundry room. I do my ironing in my bedroom - so maybe as part of the closet
Like the idea of the hanging rods
Like the idea of the bar space closer to the dining room if we have room. Not yet set on color scheme
I like the floor texture and color but would look to have more structure - more cubicles like and structured closed cabinet
Like the colors - not set on whether we would go all white or a combo grey/white with another backsplash. Would look for darker color floor... not sure if we would go with wood or tiles

Not a big fan of the window around the door... it makes me worried that anyone can peek inside and also makes it easier to break in...
I do like the window over the door for some additional natural light.
A walking closet is great but if not enough room - I like this alternative!
