How would we use stone throughout the landscape patio and home?

The deck is actually a floor and the ceiling for the patio is finished. They’ve built in an overhang to give shade to the sun.
The "accordian?" doors that allow you to see the outside into the patio would make the basement feel bigger than it is today.
I like the fireplace outside with the lighting - if we were to have it winterized, what would this look like? Heaters on the ceiling?
