simple solution - more modern cupboard right fm under stairs to 2/3rd wayacross then with coat hanging.
equally nice in white not wood
more modern version with sitting area deleted & just shelving/cabinet to hidemanifold & storage facing garage door
something like this with open cupboards for long hanging not shelves &closed cupboard set further back
If part could be shoes/jackets & part manifold-maybe - no burl!!!
