spice rack off the counter (slit pullout in cabinets beside oven)
storage solutions - baking sheets, pots and pans, etc like on Lindsay O website
backsplash up to ceiling where hoodfan is
all bridge all freezer (smaller size) an option?
millwork on outside casing of fridge (wainscoting lookalike)
millwork on island underneath (match cabinets and fridge framing)
pot filler faucet over cooktop
cabinets to ceiling
white cabinets
marble or gray quartz counters
extra ‘thick cut’ countertops if in budget
as wide of an island as possible without looking oversized (use measurements from rental to get idea)
mismatched island from cabinets and counters?
pendant lights over island?
NO built in wall oven, warmer due to need for cabinet space
built in microwave
36” gas range
large single tub sink w no trim at front
wine cooler middle island w storage and barheight overhang for stools
remove L shape counters extend counter along wall until end of where current tile backsplash is (halfway through windows)
ceiling height brought up if possible to match rest of house and breaky nook (install speakers?)
pantry space
undercabinet lighting
dishwasher sink and built in microwave in new island double island?
Eliminate breaky nook and use as big kitchen?
