Alan in the Manchester branch has been great. He made suggestions for furniture for our living room renovation. I purchased a leather sofa which i am absolutely delighted with. We will be buying more furniture soon for other parts of the home as the quality is so good. Thanks Alan, you and David in store have been great.

We worked with Bo Concept as they provided us with soft furnishings and decorative items to dress our gold award winning '2101' garden for RHS Tatton in July 2017. Working with Nikki and Alan was a pleasure, and they really went out of their way to help, giving us their design knowledge and experience. We're really pleased to have begun a working relationship with Bo Concept and look forward to our next project using their fantastic interior products.

We ordered a sofa from the Manchester store and had a great service from Nikki and the team. The delivery date was important for us to get the item into a holiday home in time for guest bookings, and we had helpful progress updates along the way. When the sofa was slightly delayed in the factory for additional quality control the delivery timescale was getting very tight - Nikki personally pulled out all the stops to make sure it was delivered across the country in time to save us from having to resolve a problem at short notice.

I was just finishing building a new build house and took the opportunity to visit Bocept Manchester. I started off buying some dining chairs and ended going back to buy more and more. David and Alan are very helpful, knowledgable and give good sound advice. The quality of the furniture is second to none. I would highly recommend.

I approached BoConcept Manchester when I was looking to fit out my new flat from scratch. Sofa, Living Room and Bedroom Furniture. The service was brilliant. I had a really challenging living space to design to, the staff there jumped on the challenge and helped me work out what would be possible. The thing that stood out was their approach, there was no pomp and ceremony like other high end stores I visited. The quality of the products didn't end there, it was quality that began at the service with the people which is very rare these days. It's run by lovely people selling lovely things.

The store with its 5 star quality furniture and various home products is most definitely the place to shop for the best products in Manchester by far and the north west. The service I received just put the icing on the cake for me. I bought a new apartment in Manchester and before I moved in the team at Boconcept visited the apartment with the estate agents and measured up the rooms, then sent me a variety of 3D images via email, to show me various options of layout, design and furniture choices at no extra cost, this service was free!. Nothing was to much trouble and the final design I went for was perfect. Alan and the team did a perfect job. I am thrilled with the final product. The furniture really is excellent quality and the most modern, contemporary designs to date. Really bang on trend with a superb finish throughout.
