Petite cuisine parisienne mais avec le confort d'une grande. Elle a été créée en 2 blocs parallèles car le passage nous permet d'avoir une fluidité entre la salle à manger et la cuisine. Le mur de gauche a été doublé afin de dissimuler toute la tuyauterie anciennement apparente et des placards encastrés dissimulent les équipements techniques. Nous avons également eu le souci de tout intégrer dans la cuisine (four, plaque 3 feux, frigo, grand évier, robinet avec douchette) sauf un lave vaisselle car les clients ne souhaitaient pas en avoir et le lave linge se trouvait déjà dans la salle de bains.

++++ english version below ++++ texte français ci-après ++++ Für die Treppenstufen und Wangen verwendeten wir HPL (High Pressure Laminate) aus Frischfaserpapier und Phenolharz – ein Gemisch, das der Treppe eine seidenmatt-weiße Oberfläche verleiht. HPL besitzt eine besonders schlag- und kratzfeste Oberfläche, die insbesondere für stark beanspruchte Einbauten die ideale Wahl ist. Der Treppenstufenkern aus Holzwerkstoff ist mit HPL ummantelt; die 13 Millimeter dünne Treppenwange besteht komplett aus dem äußerst praktischen Material. This material provides an extremly impact- and scratch-resistant surface with silk-mat finish and is the best choice for heavily used installations. The steps from derived timber products are coated by HPL, the wall string consists completely of this useful material and are - with just 13mm - very light. ++++ Le matériel utilisé pour l‘escalier et les limons HPL (stratifié haute pression) sont en papier de fibres vierges et de résine phénolique - un mélange qui donne à l’escalier une surface de satin blanc. HPL a une surface particulièrement résistante à l‘impact et aux rayures, le choix idéal pour des constructions très sollicitées. Le matériau des marches est en bois recouvert de HPL; le limon de 13 millimètres d’épaisseur est constitué entièrement de cette matière très pratique.

Inspiration for a contemporary kitchen/diner in Melbourne with a double-bowl sink, white splashback, mosaic tiled splashback, stainless steel appliances, concrete flooring, an island and white floors.

The desired aesthetic was for a contemporary, industrial look which echoed the rest of the house design. This was cleverly achieved by combining cabinets painted in Farrow & Ball Purbeck Stone with a stainless steel wrapped appliance housing, which incorporates ovens and integrated fridge. Arenastone Grigio Concreto was chosen for the worktops providing the look of concrete but in a more durable material, building on the industrial theme. The large central island incorporates a breakfast bar along with drawer and cupboard storage, tray and chopping board slots, wine fridge and induction hob. A lye finish was used on the oak interior of the breakfast bar, echoing the grey of the cabinets. A large ceiling mounted extractor was built into a housing.
