Ivan Simpson Bathroom + Kitchens + Tiles

Working with the team at Ivan Simpson's has been an absolute pleasure. From our first visit browsing in the store and throughout the whole process. The lovely David visited us on site and handled our whole project from start to finish. In our first design consultation, he listened carefully to what we hoped for and was full of ideas and suggestions. His extensive knowledge and experience helped us achieve our perfect bathroom(s). Nothing was too much trouble, even when we gave him some very challenging timelines! He was always there at the end of the phone with help and advice and kept us up to date with all our delivery times. Thank you so much for all your efforts.

Following a recommendation by friends, we approached Ivan Simpson to refurbish our bathroom and ensuite. This was completed in June 2025. We are delighted with the designs by Aimée and David which enabled a larger shower to be installed in the ensuite. A freestanding bath and a vanity unit in the bathroom give a contemporary look which enhances the space and provides longevity. What has also impressed us is the high quality of the products available at Ivan Simpson’s, for example Hansgrohe and Villeroy and Boch. Lights and accessories provide symmetry to the space which is enhanced by marble-effect tiles. We are delighted with the outcome and would recommend the company to others.

I am absolutely delighted with my newly renovated ensuite. David and Aimee at Ivan Simpson and John and his team did a fantastic job. From design to installation the experience was first class and the finished Ensuite far exceeded my expectations. Nothing was too much trouble. Communication and attention to detail was great and John and his team were professional, very tidy - and simply lovely lads. . Everyone went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I was so pleased with the work that I asked them to renovate the main bathroom and once again the design experience has been top notch and I'm looking forward to the installation which will begin in a few weeks. Highly recommend!

The advice and support I received meant that my new bathroom suits me perfectly. Options were discussed, suggestions were made without pressure and choices reviewed with CGD so that the right decisions were made. The workmen were pleasant and efficient and the work was completed to a high standard. They had to deal with unexpected road works outside the house and coped well. I am very pleased with the result.

Completely new bathroom. We needed a complete room fit. I cannot fault Ivan Simpson Bathrooms . From Aimee design for to the competence and skill of the team. To a man the were friendly, adaptable, helpful and so easy to have working in our home. We had a bathroom in mind and now have an upgraded version of our vision actually in our house. Superb . Ivan Simpson installed an excellent ensuite in Jan 2023. Just before the Easter weekend, the LED mirror developed a spontaneous fault - it would not switch off. I called the office and spoke to David who first asked me to check out the electrics when I got home. I called again David who took me through the checking and the problem persisted. David then contacted the company (Geberit) who took a long while to respond. However David persisted with follow up emails and telephone calls and it took nearly 6-8 weeks for the company to formally respond asking for pictures and videos of the fault, I sent this over quickly following which the company sent over a replacement LED mirror one fine morning to my surprise without prior information! David was unaware of this too it seems. Soon after, David sent over his workman who took off the faulty mirror and installed the new one immediately. We received an excellent service from David and his team last year but the follow up action has been even more impressive. They are a professional yet conscientious company who have the customers' interests right where it should be. Very responsive to the customer's needs as this incident clearly demonstrates. I cannot praise them any higher!

Absolutely love our new bathroom! We had a great experience from beginning to end. No hick ups at all, the whole project ran very smoothly. All of the staff at Ivan Simpson are extremely friendly, helpful and professional. They know their stuff for sure. We would recommend them for any services, their product knowledge is fantastic. We definitely wont hesitate to use them again in the future for our en suite and downstairs toilet. We used our own fitter who recommended Ivan Simpson to us. Excellent advice on the design and clean and efficient workmanship.

We had just had our new bathroom delivered to our house. The house underwent a sincere modernisation and David guided us through the process on choosing kitchen appliances, bathroom design and selecting the suitable bathroom furniture. All in open discussion weighing pro's and cons of the different options and all with best value for money at the forefront. We had tons of questions and all were answered patiently by David and Aimee. Top notch company, well recommended.

Just completed our 2023 kitchen project from Ivan Simpson Kitchens and we can highly recommend them. When we met the design team (David & Aimee) we were keen to browse the high-end products from Pronorm. They gave us lots of options and advice which enabled us to take away some ideas that would eventually bring together a kitchen design that met our needs. David kindly arranged a visit to the Consentino factory in Darlington so we could view our chosen counter tops in full scale rather than using a small sample. The counter tops were fitted by R O Surfaces Newcastle who were extremely professional and did a fantastic job. We'd also like to mention their multi-skilled kitchen fitters (Malcom & Alan) who have many years experience and did a fabulous job installing our kitchen units and appliances.
