We hired Niamh to design and manage the renovation of our new flat. The end result turned out to be absolutely stunning- we are still at awe of how beautiful our place looks and how well she managed to capture our style in the design of the flat.

I am delighted that Niamh helped me with the renovation of my home. Niamh made sure she understood all my likes and dislikes and what I wanted from the renovations and then carefully planned all of the work She gave me different options for all the rooms and encouraged me to consider other layouts. All the mood boards were completed before the building work began meaning I have a good idea of how my house would turn out! I now have a beautiful home which is bright a light with lots of pops of colour - exactly what I wanted. My garden comes into my kitchen - again another feature I wanted. Niamh supported the builder and myself throughout the project with regular visits and ensured everything was on track and going to plan. I would not hesitate to recommend Niamh to anyone needing help in designing a house renovation and with interior design.

We decided to redecorate and furnish our new house and sought out help from Niamh to help us in the process. She pushed us to go out of our neutral colour comfort zone and the end product is fantastic! We have had so many compliments already! Niamh assisted us with everything from paint colours, curtains, carpentry designs, bathroom design, sourcing furniture, sourcing accessories etc. The best part is she has contacts for all the contractors so we didn't need to find anyone to do any part of the project. Niamh Connor is a talented interior designer who my husband and I hired to help us with drawings and space planning for the renovation of a flat in an old mansion block in the Victoria area in London. She was extremely professional and helpful on all aspects of the project. She accepted the task and took full responsibility for the drawings and helping me source items. We always found her responsive to our concerns, particularly on the subject of the kitchen and bathrooms. She's very knowledgeable regarding suppliers and products, which was very useful, as well as a good grasp of costs. She always returns emails and phone calls quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend her highly to anyone.

We hired Niamh from ID Studio17 to prepare our drawings and planning application for our rear and 2 storey side extension. We found Niamh really easy to work with and always helpful with good ideas and on hand to answer any questions we had. Her knowledge of the planning process was second to none and the level of her drawings was excellent. Needless to say we gained planning permission no problem. Niamh provided us with initial design sketches which were very helpful in deciding the layout of the extension, detailed planning drawings (plans and elevations), and subsequent power and lighting layouts. We contracted with Niamh from I.D Studio 17 to work on a total house refurbishment including kitchen extension and loft conversion. After contacting and getting quotes from numerous architects it was evident that Niamh had a real understanding of our needs and had brilliant ideas on what we could do with the space, making a stylish yet practical family home. Niamh worked on our the plans for our house from initial concept and design, to submitting planning applications, tendering process right through to project management and completion of the works. She supported in sourcing and helping to select all our fixtures and fitting, choosing complementary colours schemes and styling and has ensured that we were delivered a family home of extremely high quality. The whole process took under a year and our house was been truly transformed into the most amazing space. Throughout the whole process Niamh has been incredibly clear in her communication with both myself and the build team ensuing the the original vision for the project was realised, making the whole process simple and stress free. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Niamh again.

We are currently in the process of fully renovating our 4 bedroom house in Epsom. The project includes structural changes, plus a garage conversion and a loft conversion. Niamh from ID Studio 17 has been involved right from the start of the design phase through to the start of the build. During the design phase, Niamh provided a number sketches for each floor, showing what we could potentially do with the house. Her ideas were extremely creative - many of which would have never crossed our minds! After the design phase, when we had decided on what we wanted to do with each floor, Niamh not only started the technical drawings, but also handled all aspects of building control and the structural engineer. In addition, she helped us source items and materials for the project, which included several days spent visiting suppliers with us. Niamh has a very broad understanding of renovation/building work, from structural aspects to the soft furnishings, and she is also very driven. Her communication skills are great. I would certainly recommend ID Studio 17 for any renovation project!

We are in the process of completing a side return and rear extension as well as full renovation to a ground floor property. Niamh was really attentive and came up with lots of great ideas which were great space savers in a small flat. She submitted our planning application with all the drawings required and also chased up planning to make sure it all went through as quickly as possible.
