We would thoroughly recommend Huntsmore for any building works you are considering. We hired them to design and then project manage the full renovation of our house in Chelsea. Huntsmore helped us from the start to find and appoint the right contractors, and then managed the whole project for us. The work was done professionally and within the time and budget outlined and we would use them again without hesitation.

The team at Huntsmore were excellent! We engaged them to renovate our apartment in Kensington. The property was tired and had not been refurbished for some time. Eamonn and his team redesigned everything, making the most of the space and light available. They introduced a contractor to undertake all of the construction works, and then they managed the entire process, overseeing everything right down to the smallest details. We were really happy with the result and would definitely refer the others!

Eamonn and the team worked closely with us on our Notting Hill house in 2018. We refurbished the entire house, a significant personal investment and something we definitely wanted to get right. From concept drawings to final building control sign off, Huntsmore were with us at every step - and over every hurdle (we naturally had a few) - communicating and guiding in a highly professional manner, with only minor works running past the deadline. Initial contracts were clear and additional works that arose during the project were fairly debated (do we really need/want to do this; what are the implications/alternatives?), quoted for and agreed. We felt fully supported throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The Huntsmore team are truly fabulous! They recently completed the full renovation of our house in Fulham, SW6. This involved a rear extension with new kitchen, full refurbishment of the ground floor and redecoration throughout. We were appointed a project manager from day one and made sure everything ran smoothly. Not only were all the large items covered, their attention to detail on the smallest points was really important for us and the team delivered everything that they said they would! We appointed Huntsmore to undertake our full house renovation in Hammersmith and were really impressed. Eamonn and his team walked us through all the initial designs and concepts, and then helped us realise these by appointing a set of quality and professional builders. The whole renovation was handled by one project manager and they delivered everything they said they would. We are planning on doing some more works in the future and will definitely use Huntsmore again, and would whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone wanting to undertake a project such as this.

It is not possible for us to be more pleased with Huntsmore's management of our project. The quality has been outstanding, we are confident we saved money, and Eamonn Agha, our project manager, was a delight to work with. Other reviewers have noted his good humour, promptness, and professionalism, and we heartily second that. We recommend Huntsmore unreservedly.
Our project was a large one: a floor-to-ceiling renovation of a Victorian three-bedroom mansion block flat. Huntsmore recommended Ekon Construction as the builder, which was a happy choice -- top craftsmen. Over the space of five months, the team rewired the flat; replaced all plumbing; installed new flooring, including soundproofing and underfloor heating; replaced two bathrooms; installed new lighting and heating throughout; opened up two chimney breasts for wood-burning stoves and installed two marble mantles; and built a range of bespoke cabinetry. We moved a few walls, so the work also included structural changes, for which Council permission was required. You can see that this was a complex job, and Huntsmore's organizational skills kept this all moving forward.
We were very happy with Huntsmore's recommendations for suppliers. They have detailed knowledge of where to procure quality materials at reasonable prices. One of the very best aspects of working with Huntsmore was the advice we got on solving the incessant random problems that arise on a large project. Eamonn has a fine aesthetic sense and creative insights, and our home is much the better because of his advice. There was never a moment when we failed to get the sense that Huntsmore was prepared to go the extra mile and do whatever it took to deliver a quality product.

We've been very pleased with Huntsmore management of our home refurbishment. They were incredibly responsive from the point of initial contact, and remained so through the five-or-so months covering first discussions through to completion. Huntsmore's experience meant they could propose contractors of whom they had direct experience - thus alleviating a great deal of ground work for us and also bringing piece of mind.
We both live busy lives; without Huntsmore running this project we’d have likely not embarked on it altogether. Huntsmore took the lead in arranging visits from sub contractors, meeting them on-site, procuring fittings, etc; a great deal or organisational project management work which would have otherwise fallen to us. Huntsmore were our single point of contact for everything – and were sure to be flexible in finding times to meet or speak which suited us. They were proactive and great communicators.
Huntsmore brought strong knowledge of materials and suppliers; their suggestions allowed us to make good decisions without endless research or visits. It all added to an overall straightforward, organised experience – which is the sort of project management we were hoping for. To top it off, our home is now beautiful. We’d use Huntsmore again – and heartily recommend them to others.
