NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This is the most frustrating and poorly managed experiences we’ve had. Communication is poor, delays are constant, and we have had to chase repeatedly just to get basic information. After taking our deposit, we were effectively locked in. The agreed scope was then changed at the point of signing, items that were clearly included were removed and reintroduced as additional charges. When challenged, the franchise owner/manager stated they are “running a business,” effectively justifying changes between what was agreed and what was presented for signature (which we found out after the fact). Today, we received another inflated quote charging extra for items (at almost TRIPLE the original price) that were originally agreed as included when providing the deposit Be extremely cautious. pricing is often provided only as a total, with no proper itemisation, making it difficult to track or understand changes. Once they have your deposit, there is no refund and you are effectively locked in. ALWAYS ask for a fully itemised breakdown so you can clearly see what you are paying for per item. They do not provide this unless you demand it. It is clear that decisions are driven by profitability over customer service or honouring agreed terms. Delays have already cost us time and we are now facing the possibility of having a completed extension with no kitchen. Take the negative reviews seriously we didn’t and regret it. i cannot comment on the final kitchen quality as we have not reached installation, however the overall experience, process, and handling of the contract have been unacceptable. This matter is currently being escalated to head office to help prevent other customers from having the same experience. I will update as we hear bacK

We had a great after sales service experience working with the Schmidt team. They came the same day as a minor issue was reported. Couldn’t ask for better service

We had our brand new kitchen from schimtz kitchens Stanmore last summer. Our experience was so good from the moment we got in touch with the store manager and team there. The design was exactly matching to our needs. The commitment of delivery was perfect on date and we got latest NEFF products included combo microwave/oven and integrated hob. Fitting the kitchen took only 3.5 days and there was no flaw at all. The person knew exactly what he was doing, we had our new kitchen operational from day 4 of delivering the kits. Such a wonderful experience, reliable products, very good luxurious look and feel. Overall great service, thanks to the entire team, especially to Kevin, Tony and Paul and the team supported us in thus journey.

Dina Chandegra, our kitchen designer at Schmidt Stanmore, has been a delight to deal with. She has been very helpful in designing our new kitchen, listening and understanding what we needed and then translating it into a most beautiful and efficient design . She has been incredibly patient with us, not hesitating to try numerous permutations until we found the one that was best for us. Dina also made the effort to come specially to the showroom late on a Sunday to finalise everything so that we could benefit on time from the best prices on offer! We can only highly recommend her.

We had always known that we would appoint Schmidt to build our new kitchen even before we appointed our building contractors! We first went to see Schmidt Stanmore in September 2020 and placed the order after designs made by their former employee Arzoo. Between sept 2020 and Dec 2021, we changed our layout of the extension and made the kitchen bigger! Schmidt was very accommodating in changing the designs and to our specification. They also built a bespoke spice jar cupboard that we requested. The kitchen was fitted in October 2022..two years after our first order and that was because our builders were not ready for the fit and Schmidt Stanmore were accommodating in waiting until we were ready. We also engaged them to build our utility room to carry the flow of the same colours and cupboards. Kevin and Lisa-Marie have been really patient and helpful with us through your our project. We would highly recommend them.

Schmidt Stanmore team had the most amazing vision of design for our needs like no other kitchen company we were in contact with. Amazing service from start to finish, very professional, from the design of our kitchen through to the installation and final details. After sales service was fantastic and they made sure we were happy with our project. Would highly recommend Schmidt Stanmore and their team.

Well laid out showroom with modern technology to view your kitchen design as well as one that show cases various kitchen model settings. Staff were attentive, welcoming and knowledgeable. We had a couple of Post-Covid supply chain teething issues at the beginning regarding two NEFF products which Schmidt kitchens attended to and made the effort to address. Their overall product quality is high end and provide value for money. I strongly recommend visiting the Stanmore branch before deciding on your kitchen.
