Knowledgeable, professional, personable - and patient! Sam and team came up with a scheme for our house that has maximised the space, transforming it from 3 bedsits into a beautiful family home. They provided support and guidance throughout the process (design, planning, tender, building works) helping us manage to budget and avoid several potential pitfalls. They brought practical advice and expertise - which really helped make the project a success. I would recommend.

Using their expertise and knowledge E2 have guided us through the lengthy planning process enabling us to gain permission to build a brilliant modern house on a very restricted site, which is also cleverly designed to meet all our needs as a family home. I instructed E2 Architecture when my neighbour surprised me by submitting a planning application to develop a site adjacent to mine. This took me off guard and I urgently required an assessment of the proposed development together with sketch proposals of what could be developed on my site. Sam Cooper of E2 dealt with this expeditiously, professionally and imaginatively. He was always ready to help and advise me and patiently dealt with the many thorny problems which arose. I have now gifted the site to my son who is proceeding to take the development forward. I understand they are about to submit a full planning application.

E2 Architecture stepped in to provided us with an extremely thorough and professional Part L Compliance Report on our new build. Which happily was approved by Wandsworth Council . During 2014 we worked with E2 Architecture on a unique single storey property in the centre of Greenwich, designed, very cleverly, by Sam Cooper. The site dimensions and situation were extremely challenging but with Sam very capably acting as project manager, Harpers managed to hand over a successful and high end project, incorporating many quality features and one that can be found on our website. The experience of working with E2 on our little project was really enjoyable. We were quite unsure of what we really wanted and how we'd actually make it all work, but the team led by Sam Cooper, made it all make sense and walked us through the whole process. E2 oversaw the complete renovation of our 4 bedroom Victorian house in Brixton. Sam and his team were always helpful, efficient and flexible. From initial design concept, through compiling schedules of work to ensuring compliance from the builder and other contractors they were trusted partners the whole way and we would happily use them again.
