“The apartment is 26m² and had an old and grey look before my renovation. There was nothing motivating about it except the prime location of the apartment. I didn’t really feel like inviting anyone home. Well, I didn’t myself feel very motivated to spend time at home. I had an old kitchen with not so much storage space. I ate outside in restaurants most of the time. The bathroom was old and uncomfortable, not really something that I felt very excited about. I felt I was living out of a box. I knew this couldn’t continue and things had to change. After renovation: This is a complete change. The old is out, the new is in. There is no trace of the old anymore. The change from old to new is as good as having a new birth. I feel like I am now living in a beautiful 5 star hotel apartment aesthetically speaking. I have enough space now to store all the things that have been lying around. This is thanks to the skillful design of the architect. I have a kitchen which is modern and stunningly beautiful. I cook at home most of the time now and prepare even complex food recipes which I have never attempted before. The entire living, eating, showering and sleeping experience is blissful. I feel healthy and am very comfortable spending time at home. Every part of my home now, the bathroom , my living space, corridor, my cupboards, my kitchen are all unique and have their own stylish interiors. When people come home, the first impression is WOW. This inspires everyone who has been waiting to make a change. Do you know this feeling when you go outside, come back home, open the door and you smile because you are back in your beautiful home? This is exactly how I feel, and It is now more than a year after the renovation and this above-mentioned feeling has not faded away, it is still always there.- This is when you know you are very happy with the place where you live The art of business, in my opinion, starts with a deep understanding of the customer’s needs and the customer’s requirements. This requires not only technical skills, but also a high level of integrity, honesty and morality. Christina, apart from being a brilliant architect is also an excellent customer service person. Christina has stayed with me through out the journey from the design conception, to creating everything on an 3D format with different variants, to talking to the construction company that I had hired , to answer all my questions on the materials and furniture, to recommending carpenters from her brilliant network of workers etc and all this was done keeping my budget in mind . I have never felt deceived or taken advantage in any way whatsoever by Christina. Even after more than a year of completion, I still sometimes call to ask her about any questions in regards to buying a cushion or to decide on a pillow color and she obliges every time without turning me down. This is first class customer service and this is a top reason why she is on my list of the top architect.”
